Important: Door & Security Policy
For the safety and peace of mind of all participants, venue doors will be locked at the start of the session. * Why we do this: This protects you and your personal property while you are in a deep state of rest or meditation, preventing unauthorized individuals from entering the hall or venue.

A soundbath or Dru Yoga session can trigger a deep “detox” of the nervous system. To support your body’s integration:
- Hydrate: Drink plenty of water over the next 24 hours to help flush your system.
- Stay Grounded: You may feel “floaty.” Take your time before driving. Walking barefoot on grass or having a light snack can help ground your energy.
- Gentle Evening: If possible, avoid loud environments or heavy media immediately after the session. Let the stillness soak in.
⚖️ Disclaimer & Safety
Listening to your Body: Always honor your own limits. If a movement or sound feels overwhelming, you are always welcome to rest in a neutral position. (on your side or seated, you can move if you need to and seats can be used if requested)
