  • Potential Benefits: The main sound bath benefits that I’ve seen throughout my time teaching sound healing include: calming your body and mind, reduced stress and anxiety, increased focus and clarity, decreased tension and fatigue, better mood and reduced negative thoughts and emotions, improved sleep, reduced muscle and joint pain, and a lower heart rate.
  • Important Considerations: These events may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy (specifically sound-induced), those who are pregnant (especially in the first trimester), or individuals with a pacemaker or other electronic medical devices. Please inform me of any recent surgical procedures or ongoing medical treatments prior to attending. Class Recording

Online and in-person yoga classes offered by Serenity Sound & Soul may be recorded for replay purposes, allowing participants to review the session at their convenience. By attending a class with Serenity Sound & Soul, you consent to the recording of the session as described below.

All recordings will be positioned to primarily capture the host/teacher. In in-person classes, the recording will be focused on the instructor. For online classes, the host will be spotlighted, ensuring only the host is clearly visible and audible in the recording. While other participants may be visible or audible during the live session, every effort will be made to blur or mute them in the final footage, protecting their privacy.

Recordings will be accessible only to registered participants via a private online portal or email link for a limited time period. Recordings will not be shared publicly or used for any purpose other than personal review by class participants.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform me at least 24 hours before the class begins, and I will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. While I will strive to respect individual preferences, please be aware that in group classes, complete exclusion from the recording may not always be possible.
