By booking a private sound bath session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions as follows.

Private & Corporate Client Sound Bath Experience:

This sound bath experience is for relaxation and stress reduction purposes.

  • It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
  • If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, use hearing aids or have any other serious medical conditions, please consult with your physician before participating.
  • You are responsible for your own health and well-being during and after the sound bath.
  • Please inform the sound bath practitioner of any known medical conditions or limitations prior to the session.

Use of Private Soundsbath Experince:

  • Enhance relaxation and mindfulness.
  • Promote emotional release and balance.
  • Facilitate a deeper meditation experience.
  • Support overall well-being and stress relief.

The sound bath may include various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound-producing instruments.
The sounds produced may vary in intensity and may cause some individuals to experience discomfort.

Please communicate any concerns to the practitioner during the session.


Personal Belongings:

The practitioner is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the sound bath.
Photography and Recording:

Photography and recording during the sound bath may be prohibited unless prior consent is obtained from all participants


Disclaimer of Liability:

The practitioner and any associated entities shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from or related to the sound bath experience, including but not limited to physical injuries, emotional distress, or property damage.
This disclaimer is not intended to limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


Terms & Conditions for Private Sound Bath Hire

  1. Booking & Payment

Bookings for private sound baths can be made by, email, phone or online booking system.


A non-refundable deposit of 30% of fee is required to secure the booking.


Full payment is due on the date of the sound bath.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card & Paypal.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled sound bath will be subject to a full cancellation fee (no refund).


Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.


In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), the practitioner may offer to reschedule the sound bath.

  1. Sound Bath Experience

The sound bath experience is for relaxation and stress reduction purposes.


It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.


If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have any other serious medical conditions, please consult with your physician before participating.


You are responsible for your own health and well-being during and after the sound bath.


Please inform the practitioner of any known medical conditions or limitations prior to the session.

Performance Requirements:

  • The client must provide a clean, even floor space of at least 90cm x 90cm for the sound bath setup.
  • The practitioner will require a minimum of 20 minutes for set-up and pack-down of equipment.
  • The sound bath performance duration will typically be between 40 minutes and 1 hour (extended on request).

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for providing their own blankets, pillows, yoga mats, and any other personal comfort items.
  • Restrictions

No pets or children are permitted during the private sound bath session unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the treatment area.
Food and drink are generally not permitted during the sound bath.

  • Disclaimer of Liability

The practitioner and any associated entities shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from or related to the sound bath experience, including but not limited to physical injuries, emotional distress, or property damage.

  • Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the sound bath experience, including but not limited to music, recordings, and techniques, are the exclusive property of the practitioner.

  • Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. 

  • Modifications

The practitioner reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
